Job Description
Feliza Hotel & Suites seeks a professional Hotel Supervisor for our Obada Oko property. Responsibilities include overseeing front desk, housekeeping, and guest services; supervising daily operations; training and mentoring staff; resolving guest issues; monitoring inventory; and preparing operational reports.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Hospitality or Business
- Experience: Minimum three years in a supervisory hotel role
- Skills: Strong leadership, computer proficiency, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays
- Preference given to Obada Oko residents
