Job Description
Express Resource Connect is looking for a dedicated and talented Hotel Supervisor to manage daily hotel operations. The successful candidate will deliver outstanding customer service, effectively supervise front-of-house staff, and uphold quality standards throughout the hotel.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and mentor staff, address guest concerns, manage room assignments, maintain accurate records, collaborate with various departments, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, oversee budgetary constraints, and participate in staff training programs.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, 2-3 years of experience in hotel operations, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a willingness to work flexible hours.
