Job Description
Express Resource Connect is on the lookout for a highly experienced and capable Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our hotel. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering exceptional customer service, supervising front-of-house staff, and maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
You will supervise staff, resolve customer complaints, manage check-ins and check-outs, maintain accurate records, and coordinate efforts with other departments. Additionally, you will implement safety standards, control departmental costs, and engage in employee training programs.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, 2-3 years of supervisory experience, outstanding communication and leadership skills, and the flexibility to work varying hours are essential.
