Job Description
We are seeking a professional Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily front desk and housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to hotel standards.
- Supervise, coach, and schedule front desk and housekeeping staff.
- Address guest concerns promptly and enforce safety and quality procedures.
- Coordinate with maintenance and management; monitor performance and inventory.
- Maintain basic operation of property management systems.
Requirements: minimum 2 years in hotel operations or a supervisory role, strong leadership and communication skills, solid problem-solving ability, flexible availability, and a high school diploma or equivalent (hospitality degree preferred).
