Job Description
OptiHuman Consulting Limited is seeking a dedicated Hotel Reservation Agent for a luxury hotel located in Victoria Island, Lagos. This role is vital to ensuring guests have a delightful experience by managing reservations and inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer calls and emails regarding reservations.
- Providing detailed information on accommodations, rates, and amenities.
- Processing reservations, cancellations, and payments.
- Coordinating with hotel departments to meet guest requests.
- Maintaining accurate customer records in the reservation system.
Requirements:
- ND qualification in Hospitality or related field with 2+ years of experience.
- Proficiency in hotel reservation software.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
