The successful candidate will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling room reservations, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to upholding hospitality service standards.
Requirements: OND/HND/B.Sc. in Hospitality Management or a related field, 1-3 years of receptionist experience (preferably in a hotel), proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software, and the ability to work flexible hours.
