Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Hotel Operations Supervisor to coordinate daily activities across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance. In collaboration with department heads and the General Manager, you will maintain service standards, perform inspections, resolve guest complaints, manage staff schedules, support recruitment and training, prepare operational reports, and oversee safety and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership, clear communication, and effective problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in Property Management Systems and Microsoft Office, keen attention to detail, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
