Job Description
Philban Consulting Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Operations Manager. This pivotal role is responsible for upholding quality standards and ensuring an outstanding experience for our guests. The successful candidate will oversee multiple departments, including accommodations, food and beverage, reception, conference and banqueting services, as well as spa operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦200,00.00 – ₦250,00.00 per month
Location: Ikeja (Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate)
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a managerial role is required.
