Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Hotel Night Manager to lead our operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will prioritize guest satisfaction, manage staff effectively, and address any challenges that arise overnight.
Key responsibilities encompass overseeing front desk operations, coordinating with security personnel, and ensuring seamless functioning across all departments. The Night Manager will also assist guests with inquiries and fulfill special requests to elevate their experience.
Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership qualities, excellent communication, and robust problem-solving skills. Previous experience in hotel management is highly preferred.
