Job Description
SPRINGSOURCE CONSULTING LIMITED is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee all hotel operations. The ideal candidate will manage personnel, evaluate employee performance, and enhance customer service. Responsibilities include creating marketing strategies, coordinating with suppliers, managing financial activities, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Proficiency in English is required, and additional language skills are a plus. Applicants should possess strong leadership abilities, decision-making skills, and a keen eye for detail.
This is a permanent position with a monthly salary of ₦100,00.00 to ₦150,00.00. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of management experience.
