We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, and optimize financial performance. The role involves supervising staff, managing budgets and P&L, and coordinating front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage to maintain consistent quality standards.

• Minimum three years of hotel management experience
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Proven P&L and budget management capability
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Degree in hospitality preferred
