Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Hotel Manager to join our luxury hotel team in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 150k.
The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of hotel management experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. You will be responsible for managing daily hotel operations, developing strategies to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction, and leading a team of dedicated staff.
Excellent leadership, communication skills, and proficiency with hotel management software are crucial for this role. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are also required.
