Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and maximize profitability. The ideal candidate will supervise Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage departments; recruit, train, and mentor staff; develop and manage budgets; and uphold quality, safety, and service standards.
- Requirements: Minimum 3 years of hotel management experience, proven leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. A degree in Hospitality or a related field is preferred.
