Job Description
House 32 Suites seeks a mature, responsible, and experienced General Hotel Supervisor to manage daily operations and uphold high standards of service across all departments. The successful candidate will have at least five years of proven hotel experience, strong leadership, sound judgment, and comprehensive operational knowledge.
- Supervise daily operations, service quality, and cleanliness.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and conduct.
- Resolve guest complaints, enforce policies, and maintain safety.
- Coordinate rosters, support training and evaluations, and ensure equipment upkeep.
- Prepare daily operational reports.
Full-time position based in Lagos.
