Job Description
We are seeking a professional Hotel Front Desk Officer to warmly welcome guests and ensure efficient front desk operations. Core duties include managing check-ins and check-outs, processing reservations and payments, answering telephones, maintaining accurate guest records, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance, and addressing guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Requirements: high school diploma; customer-service experience preferred.
- Strong English communication skills and basic computer literacy (PMS and MS Office).
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
