Job Description
One Step Ahead is seeking a Hotel Community Manager to develop and energize both on-site and online guest and partner communities for our hotel and bistro in Abuja. You will expand membership and loyalty initiatives, plan and host events and activations, coordinate partnerships with local creatives and brands, represent the brand at external events, and collaborate with social media to increase engagement and repeat visits.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in community management, marketing, events, or hospitality (3 years hospitality preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and digital media awareness
- Full-time position; reliable commute or relocation to Abuja required
