Job Description
Class Suites Hotels & Apartments, a contemporary hotel chain strategically located near Muritala Muhammed Airport (LOS) and within the vibrant areas of Ikeja, Ogudu, Ogba, Agege, and Jabi, is currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Hotel Branch Manager for our Ikeja location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations across various departments.
- Recruit, train, and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Address guest complaints effectively to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to boost occupancy rates.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while managing inventory.
- Prepare reports and identify strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or HND with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
