Job Description
Boto Restaurant is seeking a friendly, polished, and service-oriented Hostess to enhance our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming ambiance and efficiently managing reservations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests as they arrive
- Utilize a booking system to manage reservations
- Escort guests to their assigned tables
- Collaborate with waitstaff to ensure seamless service
- Professionally handle inquiries and phone calls
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a hostess or in a customer-facing role
- Outstanding communication skills
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
