Job Description
The Advancement Place is looking for a dedicated Hostel Master/Mistress to ensure the effective management of our student hostel in Abeokuta, Ogun State. Accommodation is provided.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the safety and well-being of students.
- Maintain discipline and ensure order within the hostel.
- Offer guidance on personal and academic issues.
- Manage cleanliness and oversee the proper operation of the hostel.
- Facilitate communication between school management and parents.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: OND/NCE (Degree preferred).
- Prior experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
