Job Description
We are seeking a Hospitality Management Trainee to develop leadership and operational expertise within a fast-paced hotel setting. This entry-level position provides structured, hands-on training across guest services, front desk operations, food & beverage, and housekeeping.
Responsibilities include assisting daily operations, supervising small teams, supporting training initiatives, managing guest relations, maintaining service standards, and preparing basic reports to enhance guest satisfaction.
