Job Description
Ascentech Services Ltd invites applications for a full-time Hospital Operations Manager to oversee daily center operations, enforce SOPs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive service quality and profitability. The role will coordinate with clinical teams, manage budgets, lead and develop staff, support HR activities, and implement sales and marketing initiatives. You will serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, prepare performance and financial reports, and continuously monitor and improve operational and marketing processes.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Public Health, Business, Public Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 5–7 years in healthcare operations; healthcare sales experience and professional certification are advantageous.
