Job Description
INVEALTH PARTNERS LIMITED is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Officer for our hospital in Port Harcourt. The successful candidate will facilitate communication between patients, visitors, and staff while managing the hospital’s social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and visitors
- Manage inquiries through phone, email, and in-person
- Schedule appointments and maintain patient files
- Oversee the reception area and ensure it’s calm and clean
- Create engaging content for social media platforms
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
