Job Description
Quintevo Nigeria Limited is currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Helpdesk Support / Service Desk Team Lead to manage IT support operations for a prominent Tier 1 oil and gas company in Nigeria. The successful candidate will lead a team of service desk agents, ensuring effective resolution of support tickets while fostering continuous improvements in service delivery.
Responsibilities: Lead the helpdesk team, serve as the escalation point for complex IT issues, monitor ticket queues, assess performance metrics, and provide coaching to team members to enhance their skills and service quality.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, relevant Microsoft certifications, a minimum of 5 years of support experience, and a strong emphasis on customer service excellence.
