Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Technical to lead engineering and product infrastructure, define architecture strategy, and ensure scalable, secure systems.
- Lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams; oversee hiring and performance.
- Manage deployments, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.
- Partner with product and operations to drive the technical roadmap and implement best practices.
- Provide budget oversight, monitor KPIs, and communicate with stakeholders.
Requirements: 8+ years in engineering, 3+ years in leadership, strong experience in distributed systems, cloud, CI/CD, and security. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: CS degree and agile experience. Reports to the CTO.
