Job Description
Talenthub HR Network is seeking a Head of Site Development for a full-time, onsite position in Abuja. The successful candidate will oversee construction and site projects, supervise contractors, engineers, and site personnel, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Responsibilities include monitoring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, preparing progress reports, and coordinating with consultants and regulatory authorities.
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in Engineering or Building Technology
- Proven site/project management experience
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Knowledge of construction standards and compliance
Gross salary: ₦350,00–₦400,00 per month. Full-time, onsite — Abuja.
