Job Description
Maventeq Systems Limited is seeking to hire a Head of Services and Maintenance for our client, a multinational Oil and Gas company in Nigeria.
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe operation of civil, electrical, and mechanical installations
- Manage daily activities of the Facility Management crew
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams for property evaluations
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Maintain tenant relations regarding maintenance issues
Qualifications:
- BSc / HND in Engineering or Facility Maintenance
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Strong customer orientation and analytical skills
