Job Description
Hobark International is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead our sales team. In this role, you will develop a customer portfolio by exploring new markets, manage the sales team, and implement sales policies based on our group’s guidelines. You will also maintain a comprehensive sales reporting system and ensure compliance with internal controls.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in automobile sales or car spare parts, along with a strong educational background (HND/BSc. in Business, Management, or Social Sciences). An MSc/MBA or relevant qualifications are a plus.
