Job Description
Moneta Technologies Ltd is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales and Marketing to drive our growth strategy. In this critical position, you will design and implement innovative sales strategies to strengthen partnerships with our banking collaborators. You will lead a skilled sales team, ensuring they meet and surpass targets while exploring cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree and have at least 7 years of B2B sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities are required. Proficiency in Hausa is preferred, as it will enhance access to the northern market.
