Job Description
Flour Mills of Nigeria is actively seeking a qualified Head of Operations for our Merchant Lending division. This full-time role is located in Lagos, Nigeria, offering a competitive salary between 1,500,00 and 2,500,00 Naira per month.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in managing large-ticket merchant loans, a solid grasp of credit risk assessment, and exceptional analytical and communication skills. Key responsibilities include supervising merchant loan operations, designing workflows, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
