Job Description
Hobark International is seeking a qualified Head of Operations and Production. In this critical role, you will monitor operator activities to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards. You will track and report on key performance indicators related to process safety, carbon emissions, operating costs, and production efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, with 15 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role. A strong understanding of process safety management and the regulatory environment in Nigeria is essential.
