Job Description
Good Neighbours Microfinance Bank is in search of a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Marketing to spearhead our sales and marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans, managing a team of Sales Executives, fostering product growth, and ensuring asset expansion. Additionally, the Head of Marketing will monitor market conditions, organize promotions, and contribute to our business development strategies.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a HND/BSc in Marketing, Finance, or Communication, along with 5+ years of banking experience (including 2 years in a managerial role), a strong background in microfinance, and a proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
