Job Description
Mecer Consulting Limited is on the lookout for an exceptionally qualified candidate to join our Mortgage Banking division as the Head of Legal. The selected individual will be responsible for providing strategic legal guidance to both Management and the Board, managing contracts and agreements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, all while leading our dedicated legal team.
The ideal applicant will have a robust understanding of Nigerian finance and banking laws, coupled with significant experience in delivering strategic legal counsel. Outstanding leadership, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively are essential for success in this role.
