Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Internal Audit & Risk Management to lead enterprise audit and risk initiatives, evaluate internal controls, and enhance corporate governance. The role will design risk frameworks, oversee regulatory compliance, coordinate internal audits, present findings to senior management, and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in audit or risk management
- Professional qualification required: CPA, CA, CIA, or equivalent
- Demonstrated leadership, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication
- Results-driven, ethical, and experienced in cross-functional collaboration
