Job Description
Debmyk Consult is in search of a committed professional to fill the role of Head of Internal Audit & Compliance. This crucial position is responsible for assessing and improving the effectiveness of our bank’s risk management, control, and governance processes.
Key responsibilities for this role include overseeing the internal audit department, creating comprehensive audit plans, performing regular audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and generating detailed reports for management and the Board.
The ideal candidate should possess a B.Sc Degree or HND in Accounting, with at least four years of auditing experience, preferably within a Microfinance Bank. Professional certifications such as CIBN, ICAN, or ACCA are essential.
