Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Head of Human Resources to lead talent strategy, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. The role will develop and implement HR policies, oversee compensation and benefits, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, and promote a high-performance culture through leadership development and change management.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong strategic, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Proven track record in organizational change and building high-performing teams
