Job Description
TWPC HR Services is actively searching for an experienced Head of HR & Administration to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of HR leadership experience, particularly within the insurance or financial services sectors. This pivotal role encompasses the development and implementation of HR strategies, talent management, recruitment, learning and development initiatives, as well as ensuring compliance with labor laws.
The selected individual will represent the Managing Director in high-level meetings, prepare speeches, and manage formal communications effectively.
Key qualifications include recognized HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD), exceptional leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
