House of Tara International, Nigeria’s leading cosmetics brand, is seeking a strategic HR leader to enhance operational excellence and administrative efficiency. In the role of Head of HR Operations and Admin, you will manage HR operations, develop policies, oversee recruitment, and ensure smooth administrative functions across our retail branches.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business, professional certifications, and at least 5 years of HR experience in the retail sector, preferably cosmetics.
