Job Description
We seek a Director of Enterprise Strategy to lead and scale our enterprise efforts across EMEA. You will define and execute regional go-to-market plans, build and manage high-performing sales and account teams, and drive revenue with strategic enterprise customers. You will own partner development and key accounts while collaborating closely with marketing, product, and customer success to maximize growth and retention.
- Minimum 8+ years in enterprise sales, preferably SaaS
- Proven leadership in scaling teams across multiple markets
- Strong negotiation skills, strategic mindset, and excellent English communication
- Willingness to travel across the region
