Job Description
Premier International School Abuja is actively seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Head of Early Years. The successful applicant will possess a minimum of a B.Ed., B.Sc. (Ed), or BA(Ed) in addition to an M.Ed., along with at least seven years of experience in early childhood education. Candidates should have a minimum of five years in a management or leadership position, ideally within an international school setting.
Key responsibilities for this role include the design and oversight of early years programs, maintaining a safe learning environment, and fostering collaboration among staff, students, and parents. A strong understanding of the EYFS, Montessori Curriculum, and other early years educational frameworks is essential for success in this position.
