Job Description

Dexter & Heros Consulting Ltd invites applications for a Head of Customer Service to lead Livebridge Group’s client service operations in Abuja. This full-time, permanent role (₦170,00/month) will develop and execute customer service strategy, lead and mentor teams, manage property and facility client relations, resolve escalations, and optimize service delivery processes.

• Qualifications: proven leadership in real estate or facilities management, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and experience in project-driven environments.
