Job Description
TeamAce is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Head of Compliance and Internal Control. In this pivotal position, you will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while spearheading initiatives related to KYC, AML, and EFT.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust internal control systems.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to regulatory authorities.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes.
- Manage and supervise KYC and AML programs.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on compliance-related topics.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting/Finance, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, comprehensive understanding of CBN regulations, and exceptional communication skills.
Salary: N450,00 – N500,00 per month.
