Job Description
AgDyna® is actively seeking a qualified individual for the position of Head of Business Development in Ibadan, Oyo State. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity where you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business prospects, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and crafting strategic plans aimed at driving growth. Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional skills in business development, strategic planning, and market analysis, alongside substantial experience in stakeholder management.
We highly value networking capabilities, leadership qualities, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in the agri-food sector is highly desirable. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.
