Job Description
Alan & Grant seeks a Head of Administration and Institutional Support to lead HR, administration, facilities, logistics, procurement, and compliance documentation while maintaining internal support systems. This role oversees onboarding, facility logistics, supervision of administrative staff, documentation integrity, and procurement coordination with the Finance Lead.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in administration or operations, including multi-unit oversight
- Proven skills in process and compliance management, organization, and communication
- Proactive problem-solver with strong cross-functional collaboration and supervisory experience
