Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Academics to lead curriculum strategy, faculty development, and academic quality across programs. The role includes designing and evaluating curricula, overseeing assessment systems, mentoring and coaching teachers, implementing evidence-based instructional practices, and ensuring accreditation compliance.
- Master’s degree in Education or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in academic settings
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
