Job Description
VANZPLACE HOSPITAL seeks a Head Nurse to lead nursing staff, manage schedules, and oversee training and performance. The role coordinates patient care and quality assurance, participates in physician rounds, monitors vital signs, and implements individualized care plans.
- Manage resources, inventory, and accurate medical records
- Foster interdepartmental communication and enforce hospital policies
- Provide clinical leadership, problem-solving, and staff development
Requirements: strong leadership, sound clinical knowledge, excellent organization and communication skills. Job type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: ₦80,00–₦120,00 per month. Applicants must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Abuja before starting.
