Job Description
We seek an experienced Head of Ethics and Compliance to lead our compliance function, foster an ethical culture, and ensure consistent regulatory adherence across the organization.
- Lead the design and implementation of compliance policies and controls; conduct risk assessments; oversee employee training; and manage investigations.
- Act as the primary liaison with regulators and provide regular reports to executive leadership on program performance.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with applicable laws and industry standards.
Requirements: 8+ years in compliance or legal roles, strong regulatory knowledge, proven leadership and analytical abilities, excellent communication, and uncompromising integrity. Certifications such as CCEP or equivalent are preferred.
