About the Role:
Crystal Shield Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Confectioner to lead our pastry and dessert operations. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating exquisite pastries and desserts, focusing on modern cake decoration techniques.
Responsibilities include overseeing production, team leadership, menu development, quality control, inventory management, cost control, staff training, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.
- Expertise in modern cake decoration techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills.
