Job Description
Reposebay seeks a creative, full-time Head Chef to lead kitchen operations in Ologolo, Lekki. The role offers a monthly salary of ₦200,00. The successful candidate will hold a culinary degree and 3–5 years’ experience as a Head Chef, with strong expertise in African and continental cuisines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring consistent quality.
- Develop menus and cost-effective recipes; monitor stock and procurement.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff; enforce hygiene and safety standards.
- Minimize food waste and align kitchen output with operational needs.
Required competencies: excellent leadership, creativity, time management, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
