Job Description
We seek a proactive Personal Assistant to support a private head chef in a high-trust, fast-paced environment. The role includes schedule coordination, menu planning, ingredient sourcing, inventory management, supplier liaison, event support, and travel arrangements.
- Required: culinary knowledge, strong organizational and communication skills, discretion, and flexibility for irregular hours.
- Additional skills: basic bookkeeping and a valid driver’s license.
- Experience in hospitality or private households is preferred.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
