Job Description
OMOAREGA CONSULTING LIMITED is looking for a highly qualified Head Chef to oversee our kitchen operations and lead our staff effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for training staff in innovative recipes and culinary techniques, managing food preparation, and ensuring seamless dining service during peak hours.
Your key responsibilities will include maintaining high standards of dish quality, coordinating kitchen tasks, recruiting and training new team members, and implementing strict hygiene protocols. We seek individuals with extensive culinary knowledge, outstanding communication skills, and strong time management abilities.
